I'm sorry that I do not know the answer to your question but I do know that you should check Seniors against Crime before hiring an individual to cater. There have been some instances of failure to perform reported recently.

I cannot answer either, but I always thought the facility had the liquor license, as it is issued to a physical address, so I would be surprised if they would be issued to an individual, or a catering service to serve at random locations. As a possible option, could your event be a BYOB event?
