Would this be what you are talking about?

The city of Town of Lady Lake Commission voted unanimously to approve the proposal for construction of a new facility of 4,020 Square Feet of furniture retail store at 867 Hwy 27/441. The land is located just in front of Home Depot and Sam’s Club facilities, north of the retention pond in that area. The site plan application was submitted by Van MF Lady Lake, LLC on behalf of the owners of the property, TD Bank. The parcel is 1.19 acres in size and will house a Mattress Firm store.
