I think my comment was the last straw for the moderator, and rightfully so, even though I did put a sincere....LOL, indicating a certain levity.

My apologies to Joe. Heck, where I come from, US Virgin Islands, there are even signs that say "Keep Left"....

Too much going on around here to get concerned about ANY post you see on here. Time to go back to lurking twice a week instead of logging in twice a day.

Yep, I can see all the people in line at stop lights on 4 lane streets and byways (Not Interstate highways or toll roads) in the right lane only.. Give me break 4 lane roads (not interstate highways and even them) both lanes are full with nobody turning left or passing and getting over. Morse is street not interstate highway and I seen NO body moving over to the right lane or on 466... Old joe was doing nothing wrong on inter city streets or roads but the speeders were. As for me I keep up with traffic and move over when some one wants to pass just like I expect them to do so when I pull up behind them on interstate/interstate toll highways.
