Default HVAC Service Contract recommendations?

Hi, As a new homeowner I'm finding out the hard way about things needed to be done in Florida which aren't necessary in a condo up north. Anybody have recs on a HVAC company to provide a service contract? Thanks

We use Munn's because they were our original installers--If I needed a replacement, I would try Chuck Farrell

I bought a home warranty from Choice a year ago and used it once. Great response. Had my AC go out this week because of a compressor motor. Case was assigned in 30 minutes and repaired in one day. $600.00 job, cost me a $45.00 co pay

Think about all these extended warranties, you're betting somethings going to break, they're betting nothing will-----in general its a sucker bet
