Default I guess the Village of Fruitland Park was a working title.

The signs are now up and it's the Village of Pine Crest or maybe Pine Ridge

It was probably named after Pine Ridge Dairy Rd., which traversed the property as I recall. I think it sounds better than "Village of Fruitland Park."

I think the title Village of Fruitland Park referred to the entire development. Within it are Villages of different names. I can't think of a single Village here that has 2000 homes.

Default Villages of Fruitland Park

I think it's going to be a great fit for both the Villagers & The Town of Fruitland Park, I would like to see the Pine Ridge Dairy stay a big part of the this area of The Villages, The Farm was a Big part of Fruitland Park for many years.
This is a town that is going through a rebuilding stage and with The Villages At the stage of building Homes all will come together as One.
I am a resident of this area for 30 years and what a great Town it was to grow up in. !! And with You Villagers joining this area I feel it's going to be a Fantastic fit For all, But I think that The Pine Ridge Dairy name should be Pridefully Displayed throughout the Farm area just not over Done.
We @ Kling Painting Sincerely Welcome everyone to Our Town

Sincerely Darrin Kling

Thanks to the Klings for all the good things you have done in The Villages. I agree, it would be nice see a reflection of past use of the property.

Looks like the Village of Santo Domingo presently has the largest number of homes at 1,580.
