If you have the strength and/or manpower, you can push a golf cart across, but you can't drive it across. Really smart, isn't it? We asked a police officer about this when the tunnel crossing CR 103 was closed several months ago. He told us that we could push, but not ride.

What stymies me is that a person can legally drive a "Jazzy Power Chair" across the highway but not a golf cart.

Here's hoping there are some changes in the new year...
