Default Wildwood Saturday Morning Growers Market Relocating

FWIW...

Yesterday, two vendors told me that the market operations were relocating to Brownwood within the next two Saturdays.

That's all of the info I have on the subject. I have neither seen nor heard any other corroborating information. Just passing the comments along...

I received information from a vendor at the Wildwood Farmers' Market that he would be at Brownwood starting Oct. 13th. Didn't say the entire market would be there on a regular basis, but it would indeed be a nice thing. We head to Wildwood on Saturday mornings....though it's not far, having it in Brownwood could mean a golf cart ride instead of an auto trip.

I would love it if there was a farmers market held in the Villages. Perhaps this is a market test case?

I heard the same thing today! It will be great to go via golf-cart! BTW...for those who ask what they have...fresh produce, plants/flowers/shrubs, breads, home-made jewelry etc.
I always have enjoyed going to the Wildwood Town Square for this...it's got a good kind of ambiance to it. Hoping it will have that in Brownwood as well!

I was at Brownwood Saturday and all the vendors are there. It was very nice and also some great coffee was for sale as well as a City Fire trailer selling breakfast/lunch food.

Best guess is that it's handled by the Entertainment department, just like the vendor spaces at the squares for Market Nights.

Contact The Villages Entertainment Office (352) 750-5411
The Villages Commercial Property Management (see 3rd Question).
