Does anyon have more detail? I suspect if true then it may have an affect on securing sinkhole coverage in the area

Oh my! I know that the houses on Yearling Way are brand new. Does anyone have any additional info about the sinkhole?

i see there are six people closing on yearling way in the next month...wonder how it will affect the insurance

Again, before anyone panics as stated, HOW do you know it is a sinkhole? Settling, underground lines, drainage, etc are known in new areas. Did you confirm it with a contractor??

If it is a sink hole neither the Developr nor the contractors will be much interested in willingly providing information publically. They of course have a legal obligation to notify prospective buyers. Sumter county website publishes plots that were sold. What consititues a sink hole ? I leave that to the experts. However, it is unsettling
