I am so confused with all the folks who have photo in their name.

And then we have the psychiatrist/psychologists who are are basically just pill pushers thinking drugs are the answer to everything. They works with some things but not so well with others. No one really knows what caused this bizarre behavior. Some folks enjoy drinking Bud Light and sharing their philosophy. Some people have common sense and wisdom.
