In the last year I have only seen the pumps down once (last week for one day) so I think the "bogus" is self serving. If it happened every week, maybe but the frequency doesn't seem to support your guess on the cause.

This could be good news as perhaps someone will take over and their prices will be more in line with others in the area.

This station is the busiest of all and heavily used by vendors of service to tv as well as local golf carts and car drivers. Anybody want to take a bet on whether they're going out of business? It is also responsive and helpful to any difficulties.
