We will coming to TV for our appt. with the design team to do all of our selections and start the building process. We will be building an Iris with stretches on our lot on Bachman Path. I am already retired and my wife, Betty will retire the end of this year and then we will be full-timers moving from Texas. We are very excited to meet all of our new friends/neighbors and start living the lifestyle. We will be in TV for six days and hopefully get to meet some of you while we are there. Can hardly wait!!!

I hope anyone from Tamarind Grove who attended the Aug. 1 gathering at Fish Hawk could share a little about how it went. Was it simply a social gathering or was there a "meeting"? Was anything discussed or decided or planned for the future?

billjay and i attended the first social club meeting. About 180 people were there. No official business conducted; basically just a meet and greet. Many people brought food and exchanged contact info. There was a half and half raffle that I did not win. There were bingo games that I did not win either.
They need a bigger meeting place next time.

Default And.....

Future meetings will be held at Sterling Heights now that it is open, on I believe the second Monday of each month. Next one will be a pot luck dinner. There was also an introduction of the steering committee and a petition was passed around regarding a possible light or 4 way stop sign where the two recent incidents have taken place. Also mention that if the turnouts continued to be large we may ahve to break up into section meetings.

Thanks Jadlos.

Tainsley nice to meet you when you were here.

Default Lot 27

We will be there next July, Out Lot is on Dividing Creek below the pool down by the drainage pond.

Will start construction around Feb. God willing that we can still get a decent MTG rate. Could not swing a payment here and there with a December build.

Our home has sold but we have not closed yet still packing while holding our breath nothing goes wrong

So you are now official Newbe's like we! LOL

Welcome to TOTV and Tamarind Grove. I hear we have been nicknamed

"Grovers"

Thanks for the update George. For us part-timer TG-ers, this keeps us in the loop. Anxious to get down there this Fall.

Heh neighbor. My prayers are with you for your closing, and hang in there it will happen. We 'Grovers' and future builders will have it all behind us one day. The lots or 'plots' as some call them are selling fast in our neighborhood. Be safe!

Buyers mortgage secured, moving sale started. I like the sound of Grenadier Way. Looking forward to the adventure. Should be in after the 19th of September.
