Question Bands at Town Squares

Does anyone know why there are no events listed for tonight at any town square in The Daily Sun on-line edition? Anybody know who's playing and where?

Our Daily Sun had a listing for bands...must have been a defective issue that you received.

The same thing happened online yesterday (Tues.) also. I stared using the online Web page from the Villages. Go to Lifestyle tab - then live entertainment

If you really want to know, I bet these folks could tell you why.

This is happening more and more often. It seems that communications have broken down somewhere. The people that put together the online version of the Daily Sun need to communicate with TV entertainment department or at least check out TV Lifestyle section on TV web page for a current list. This is something that should never be overlooked. A very easy catch for any online proof reading.

Along those same lines it takes TV Media Group two or three days at the beginning of the month to update their smart phone apps for the month. The Media Group also needs to change the way the events are listed and delete those that have already occurred. That app takes up a lot of real estate on your smart phone.

Default Quality of entertainment in the squares

What has happened to the wonderful entertainment in the town squares, particularly LSL? For the third time in as many weeks, we took visiting friends up there before dinner to listen to the music and it was frankly embarrassing! One of our friends commented that it was like a very bad karaoke night on a cruise ship and that was after drinking for 3 hours!!!!!! Has the recent change in the entertainment management caused such a sudden and noticeable decrease in the talent being hired or, am I just being too critical for something that is free to all? This is not for all the squares and those musicans who have been around the past few years as they continue to be great performers. Also, I have also noticed far less people gathering around the square which has to have an impact of sales for both the bars in the squares and nearby restaurants and retail shops. Not sure if this is related in anyway?

There is an App for iPhone that tells what is going on at each square.

There is an old expression that applies here somehow.

"For free take, for buy complain."

You will find me UNDER the bed.
