Default Zinia Model 3/3

I am thinking about purchasing a designer model that has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Can anyone offer the pluses and minuses of this style?

I like the Zinnia very much. We almost built one. But we chose the Holly instead because of the larger shower for our handicapped son.

I looked at the Zinnia because of the third bath. In the end I decided on a Lantana for the extra space. And larger third bedroom. But it is still a favorite of mine!

We picked the Zinnia for the private bath for the 2nd bedroom. Nice for guests. We're adding a golf cart garage.

The third bath with be so helpful. I will be sharing my home with a friend, so we both want our own "suite". Third Bedroom and Bathroom will provide ample room and privacy for us and for guests.

Sounds like it will be perfect for you and your friend. A private bath for both of you and the front bedroom is spacious. Visiting guest use the third bathroom. Can't see how you could go wrong. All the best...

We like the Zinnia a lot, and would build one if our home is Missouri was sold. We too would be sharing with another party, and it is like having two masters, except the closet in bedroom 2 is rather small. If you can find a pre-owned Astor (not many around they only built them for about a year) they are 3/3 with a bigger closet in BR2. You may also want to look at the Bridgeport - it has jack and jill bedrooms 2 and 3 - bedrooms with a bath between, and an additional 1/2 bath.

We are in the process of building a Zinnia with a 2' bump to the front bedroom which makes is as big as the regular master suite. An aging parent will be in the bumped bedroom and she wanted a private bath. After seeing the walls go up and paint go on, I think we're going to be very happy when we close on 9/27. We also added a golf car garage, 2' bump to the lanai and a craft room behind the GC garage.

Yes, I loved the "en suite" front bedroom and walk in closet in the Zinnia

88 year old mother-in-law lives with us so the Zinnia was perfect. Guests can use the 3rd bedroom, small closet, and house bath. Will use it as a sitting room for MIL when no guests are around.

I was wondering about making the closet in the guest bedroom into a walk in. This would mean that the third bedroom does not have a closet but in the future it could be remade. Since my in-laws will be living with us we're trying to make it as comfortable as possible for them.
