We are from the Mohawk, New York and Corning New York area. Wondering who else might also be from these area.

Hi.
If you go the the following link:

The Villages, FL

and then type in Corning or Mohawk in the "FIND" box at the top, then the people from that town shows up.

You can also type in a last name with a similar type of result.

I was born and raised in Mohawk, NY. Graduated from MCS in 1968.

Not from the area.

Just want to know if the Painted Post was
really painted in the Village of "Painted Post".

Used to go up to Horseheads and Painted Post
to see some friends from College days.

Do remember the June 23, 1972 flooding of the Glass Museum.
Ms. Agnes, the hurricane, wreaked havoc at Corning.

Close as I can get to Corning is Owego but used to do a lot of shopping at the Arnot Mall at Christmas time.

Dr. yes i did want to know where you were from. Not Mohawk or Coring but thats OK.
