Bought a Samsung washer and dryer 12/15,
and the washer was one of the recalled ones,
lost track of how many calls i
had to make to get a decent recall fix done to it.

They did a band aid fix the first time, but after
many additional calls they sent someone out to the a more substantial recall repair.

Personally, I'm sorry I went with Samsung for these
appliances, since their product design and customer
service are both awful.

Never thought buying a washer would be such
a difficult thing after the purchase.

We have a Samsung home. All of our appliances, TVs are Samsung.
5 years in and zero issues. Real happy with them.... ESPECIALLY my stove.
Luck? Who knows?

When I worked for Honeywell they bought a Chinese fan company and put their name on all the fans. When I was shopping for a bicycle I saw a Schwinn bike at Sam's. Googled the bike a found that it was made in China and had many problems. Please don't dis Samsung for their appliance makers problems. I think large company's should have to have a different name on their appliances and then say "a division of Samsung"

We bought a whole house full of Samsung appliances 3 years ago and have never had any issues with any of them. The dishwasher is the quietest we have ever owned. I had to turn the icemaker to -6 degrees so that it didn't freeze in the door but it now works perfectly. Our stove is the induction model and it works great too.

Default samsung dishwasher repair

for 2 weeks we waited for our appointment with the Geek guys which they set for 8 to 12.
at 8:30 the day of our appointment they called and said they would not be here till 2pm and that was the the best they could do!
so we called samsung and got warrenty service from Charika Appliance repair from Inverness.352-419-5965.
here in 2 days on time and fixed the problem in 30 minute.
i will use them for all my repairs and will never call the Geek guys again

Nucky - you can use my super friendly laundromat. Since Samsung will reimburse you, I'll only charge you a discounted rate of $125.00 per load. [emoji41][emoji857]

And Whitey can afford to spring for the lobster. Should we invite GE & BF?
