We were in the Sumter County Annex today & they said it was going to be a Sumpter County Sheriff dispatch office.

There was a big article in the Sun a couple of months ago when the construction started. The Sumter County Sheriff's Office is moving their entire operation except for the Jail to that new location off Powell Rd. The jail will remain in Bushnell where the courts are located.

It sounded like the Bushnell Court also wanted to move in there according to the Clerk of that Court or maybe one of her staff when I had Jury Duty back around May 19, 2014. Anyone on TOTV know the Sumter County Clerk of Courts, Gloria R. Hayward?
