Default Trump CPAC Speech

I'm a conservative Republican and greatful I was intelligent enough not to get sucked into the Make America Great Again siren call. Listening to him address this group today his biggest applaud lines were when he was offering something that ran up the deficiet. Republicans or Democrats alike all love deficiet spending. I predict Trump's approval numbers will increase from his now 38% as soon as he starts spending. I only hope congress has the moral fortitude to block it.

A tweet from reporter while Trump speaks...and you wonder why he is doubted

As Trump rails against unnamed sources today, his own White House briefed reporters this morning — on the condition they not be named.

I was a conservative Democrat when it was called the DemocratIC party. I voted once for a Democrat and then found that subsequent votes usually ended up being for Republicans so I registered Republican in the '70's, I'm a conservative so I voted for Trump and I am glad that I did. I did not vote for him in the primary election but I did in the general. Since Trump has never been a politician, I do not hold him to the same standards of PC that I would a politician. Instead, a new refreshing idea came about, a businessman for president. Go figure. And now that it has turned out great so far, I think we should follow up on this practice of electing businessmen instead of lawyers. Trump has been president for less than a month and a half and the left has radicalized because they saw their gravytrain leaving without them. Like I said before, the left is easily manipulated and even I could do it under guise of a liberal. Even a socialist like Bernie manipulated half the left, and he was an old broken down pervert with commie ties. If he can manipulate the left, then anyone can. So, Soros is getting away with it in the background, not even covering up his trail. He was Obama's major contributor and he was Hillary's major contributor. He also controls much of the liberal media and tells them how to run their business. The left are like children, getting into a stranger's van while walking home from school. The offer of free candy is all it takes. Don't like what I said? Do some background on your benefactor, Soros. There used to be good conservative Democrats a few decades ago. You sold out to the highest bidder and should be ashamed of yourselves.

I disagree with your flawed logic. The left, especially Bernie was and is being honest, they want more government. Republicans and Rhinos are the ones who are dishonest. They talk limited government and spending but when it comes to getting votes abandoned their beliefs. Trump is a wing nut not a businessman.

Default Rome burns, Nero fiddles

It seems that we Americans have had it so well for so long that we have forgotten why that had come to pass.

We no longer talk policy, problems, solutions. Its all name calling back biting lies, deception, spin, personal and vile attacks none of which is a penny's worth of information to keep this nation strong and prosperous

I said on another PT thread "he says", "she says" back and forth is plain nuts. In the meantime our foreign enemies might be thinking this is a good time to strike. Better yet, perhaps our enemies are saying to themselves let this insanity going on in America last a little longer, heck let's help feed it because we may be able to take this nation over without firing a single shot

Personal Best Regards:

Exactly what the Hispanics are doing...taking over without firing a shot. Well...except in their own neighborhoods.

And of course, you allow the person responsible for the insanity to get a free ride, and place the blame on the media and progressives. Very predictable.

How did Trump get such a free ride from you ? Lie, defame our national interests and people, and he is your ever pure hero...amazing.g

ALL the insanity stems DIRECTLY from Trumps words, and actions in the past

Trump wants limited government as far as reigns of corporations are concerned but in many other areas is for a huge Federal government. Military build-up, vastly increased security at Mexican border with the US, and other things.

Trump actually tweeted this morning. Is he that dumb or does he think his followers are that dumb.

He truely does not understand, but is relying on everyone to just accept such stupidity. A bit scary.

Insulting at minimum

The media has not reported that the National Debt in my first month went down by $12 billion vs a $200 billion increase in Obama first mo.

He's forgotten the "Great Depression" of 2008.

Didn't phase him at all, I suppose.

Southern Democrats began morphing into Republicans after the Civil Rights Act of 1964. Up north George Wallace, Strom Thurmond, and their ilk were referred to as Dixiecrats, a term borrowed from their past. So it's obvious why you made the change.

You either didn't vote or voted for Clinton or one of the other also rans.

Approval numbers are when one votes for the prom queen/king.

Other than that they are meaningless, unfounded gratification medications.....ask those who touted Clinton's no way to lose numbers last November.

No matter who is in office approximately the same amount of spending would take place. The big difference with Trump, that most of the establishment does not like, is where it will be spent.

The cron'y are all threatened by him.
