Default Bonifay overseeding?

Anyone have an idea of what Bonifay could be overseeding the tee boxes and fairways with? Called the Golf Shop and they didn't know. Possibly a new strain of grass that's actually fluffy and doesn't hard pack down (let's hope)? Driving home on the MMP late Tuesday afternoon from work, I saw 4 tractors with seed drillers going up and down the fairways and on top of the tee boxes.

Talked to Brady Godfrey (FM at Bonifay) today; what they were drilling was a treatment for nematodes, a type of roundworm; said most of the courses are being treated for it.
