I was aboard the Tarawa for 3 Deployments or West Pac tours and Desert Shield and Storm 1990-1991. Was in the Marine Corps. Alot of Good Friends in the Navy I worked with. The Ship Supply officer was a great friend. Got to know the Command Master Chief really good.
Use to be nice seeing LHA-1 at Coronado.
