To all of our customers and potential customers. Thank you for your loyalty. Despite our best efforts, we were unable to satisfy this particular customer. We were not given the opportunity to address certain concerns. After we received his very excited voicemail, we returned his call within 30 seconds. This was the first and only time we heard that he had any concerns and was told we would not be allowed to address them. Given the opportunity we will stand behind our work. We even had a worker knocking on his door within 2 hours asking him to reconsider. We encourage continual feedback from our customers. We understand that protecting their landscape investment is an ongoing partnership and commitment. We were very dismayed to hear that after 2 years of superior service to be cancelled by these individuals. We wish them the absolute best and sincerely regret that we were not able to meet their expectations.
