I had such a large one on top of my head he had to take a skin graft from my shoulder to re-cover it. It is a little bigger than a silver dollar and looked like a moon crater for a couple of years. It has filled in quite a bit....and there is a noticeable dent if someone really wants to find it.
I had one done on my right temple going stratight back from the corner of my eye toward my ear. Approximately 2-3 in incision. I defy anybody to find where it was.
There was no way to replace all the underlying fat and tissue from the top of the head. The work done on my temple could not be done any better by a plastic surgeon.

You are more likely to find a MOHS surgeon tha has been trained in plastic surgery techniques than you are to find a plastic surgeon who does MOHS (I think! I really do not know).
