Ha ha ha. For you, who are quite capable of making it yourself.....plus the others who also think it sounds good...........here's how to make it stretch even further.......
The same recipe can have chicken parts as an extra layer.......
Potatoes first layer
Chicken over the potatoes (chicken with skin on it so it can crisp up)
Sausage over the chicken.......
(Can even add large slices of onion plus garlic cloves)
But, for smaller amount........the original recipe is perfect.
Just the potatoes & sausage. Good luck; you can do it.
