You might want to get an independent review of the cracking. Frank D'angelo is excellent, he is quite thorough in his inspections. Minor cracking is probably not a concern. Cracking on outside walls, would be a red flag to me. Also, walk your property, if you see cracks inside, look outside in the same area, if you cracks outside, look inside.
