Went there at 11:45 am Sunday for lunch w/ a group of 8 after golf. We waited almost 45 minutes for our food, and then only 4 of us got our meals. After 15 more minutes with no waiter and no food, my husband got up and looked for the mgr. Mgr said the kitchen printer had run out of paper so half the order did not get put in, but they'd rush it out. 20 minutes later the other 4 meals finally got to the table. Then we waited 15 minutes for our check. No compensation from the mgr. for the problem with order, and, in fact the mgr. never came by. Also, we had to get up and get our own drink refills as the waiter never came by. All in all, a really bad experience. The waiter blamed it on the fact that they were swamped. We were very disappointed as we go to Glenview all the time. The restaurant has no excuse. And the lack of service obviously flows down from the management.
