On Jan 26, 2000 Pres Bush suggested to OPEC that they lower the prices of oil per barrel. He asked the Saudi Oil Minister today to "Open the spigot". The ministers answer was that "We will raise production when the market justifies it". I wonder how much grain they buy from us? Maybe we could divert their share elsewhere.
