President Obama won two back to back electoral landslides with over 51% of the vote both times.
Only six other presidents, in the history of this country, have done that...not Clinton, not Reagan. You have to go all the way back to Eisenhower to find the last time this happened.

If you believe what you see in many of these responses you could come to that conclusion. People seem to let their political slant conveniently overlook the root causes of the Great Recession and the War in Iraq.
I talked to a neighbor who was a sniper in Iraq. He said that for the most part Iraqi's want us to fight their fight. Remember Saddam had the conflict among Shiites and Sunnis under control.
I actually haven't seen this level of political fervor since the "McCarthy Era" when many were labelled "Communists". No internet and three TV channels tempered some of that.
Whatever happened to the "Peace and Love" generation of the 60's?
