Stonecrest - sold???
Rumor or Truth - I cannot say for sure.
This morning, during a class, I heard someone say that Stonecrest has been sold for $1.++++Million. She mentioned the name of the buyer, but I really did not hear it well enough to repeat it, and she said "you know he is looking for more don't you". She did say everything is included, golf course and community properties.
