Your browser has nothing to do with it. As I understand it Ads pop up from two sources one is paid for to be always standing on the TOTV site. The others are pulled in related to your search history and what sites you have visited. For instance I have been researching different beds ads for beds are now showing up. Update ok I just saw the awful flashing thing and my browsing history and cookies are deleted. The admin needs to get rid of this ad it looks like one of those sites that trys to steal your info.
