I don't think the rule of law is an inhibitor of any kind anymore. We have allowed our lawmakers to dilute law enforcement as a selective application.
Example? ILLEGAL immigration in all it's ugliness. Selective to no enforcement.
So relative to Bergdahl...they will do whatever they want that suits their agenda....legal or not....and be allowed to get away with it....AGAIN!!!!!
