Poor choice of words.
The law of the land has become selective enforcement of convenience.
As in ILLEGAL immigration. In which case breaking the laws brings individual rewards and amenities. Even includes being able to vote which used to be illegal.
Crossing the border with no documentation.....no problem c'mon in.....terrorist too.
