The light at micro-racetrack is still planned. It would be improved immediately if the southbound section had a "no left turn between 7 am and 6 pm" sign. The backup occurs when some numbnuts decides to take a left on to 466a. Since catching a break to be able to do it is rare, one car stacks up 50.
As far as 50 getting stuck waiting to go North that is a problem from some of our drivers being timid and over cautious. Some want no oncoming vehicles to be in sight before they turn.
