Just curious what kind of car, 4,6,8 cyl, front wheel drive, miles??? Dealers charge 75-110 & hr for labor. Independents will be less. Probably 5 hours minimum and I don't even know what you have. Oil, antifreeze, new hoses, belts, and water pump too. Doesn't sound out of the realm of reality to me.
