Jim is good, but in my experience, gouges the price a bit. He replaced a solenoid and valve for me and charged me $75.00 for the parts. He is more than willing to talk and instruct, so I learned how to replace the part by watching him and listening to him. Some time later, another solenoid and valve went out and I decided to fix it myself. The parts he charged me $75.00 for cost me $18.00 at ACE Hardware.
