I think he has a valid observation, check it out the next time you see slow driving car with the windows down, the occupant(s) likely will be smoking. I really thought there would be more pushback from the smokers; it may be that don't want to out themselves as the people whom are littering with leftovers from that nasty, life-threatening habit. It really is a shame to see the beauty of TV marred by people who don't think twice about littering -
cigarette butts, candy wrappers, plastic bags, plastic water bottles, fast food trash, etc., etc.
