I sent a 12ft x 8ft area rug to be cleaned by this company. They picked it up on Feb 9th and promised to have it back in 4-5 days. They did not show up for one scheduled drop off after 10 days and when I called to find out why the person that answered was very rude and yelled at me over the phone saying that they were very busy, had lost my paperwork and cleaned the rug twice by mistake. I asked to speak with a manager and he said he was the owner. I was nice on the phone from the beginning to end and there was no excuse for his rudeness. That was 9 days ago and finally they delivered it at 4pm today (Feb 25th) after it was promised by 9am. I stayed home all day waiting. When they brought it the rug was as DIRTY as I sent it and WET!!!! Of course I did not pay the charges, as the guy said if I was not satisfied I would not have to. I wasn't going to anyway. I WOULD BE CAUTIOUS WITH THIS COMPANY AND HESITATE TO DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. The delivery guy said they have only been in the Villages 6 months.....that might be too long.

As a follow up to this nasty experience the owner texted me twice telling me that I didn't know what I was talking about and that the rug was clean (it definitely was not!!!) and that I should look for someone else to clean it in the future. Then a few minutes later he texted me again that he does business in 6 counties and will continue to do business wherever he chooses. Very bazaar behavior from the owner of a company to a customer.
