The pipe line will be built by Canadian companies with Canadian steel not American. Six years is a long time for decision making. But soon people will realize that we don’t need the dirty (high sulfa) oil. Oil supply has outstripped demand. We are currently shutting down rigs and laying American workers off until demand picks up.
