Even if you payoff your Bond in full, you are still responsible for the following:
A yearly Villages Maintenance Assessment (mine is $285.59/yr) that is included on your annual property tax bill from the county.
A yearly Villages Fire District charge (mine is $61.00/yr) also included on your annual property tax bill from the county.
I believe you might be asking about the MONTHLY Amenity Fee that you'll be paying to the CDD District (I'm in District 5 and mine is $132.34/month).
Most likely, you'll be charged for the FIRST month's Amenity Fee (paying in advance) as a part of your closing costs and shown on your Settlement Statement for closing. After that, you'll probably receive (as I do) a monthly statement with an envelope to pay your fees or you can do an electronic transfer payment.
