Thanks so much Chuck and zcaveman. You sure make it a lot easier for us folks wanting to move there. Seems the housing market is picking up there again. We had two homes we wanted and both sold before we could get to the airport. I think the next one I will make the offer contingent on us getting there to see it within 72 hours. Or just wait until the snowbirds leave and then start looking again.
