I personally would call The Villages Warranty Dept. and ask them for the name and number of companies that they could recommend. I think they'll probably give you the name of the company that did the original work when your house was built first, if they still do work for The Villages. They'll probably give you a couple other contractors as well.
The Warranty Dept. will ask for your home Unit number and lot number or your name and address.
I have had excellent experiences with the Warranty Department even though my house was built about 12 years ago. Their number is: (352) 753-6222.
