Our house is all electric and runs about 100.00 a month, water and amenities fee is about 185.00 cable is a big one we have Comcast with phone,cable and Internet and it is about 169.00 could be higher just had the bill reduced. Then you add on lawn service,pest control,and other things that you may want.
