Tee times are distributed to residents based on the following
two factors:
1) PLACEMENT POINTS: The first factor is “placement points.”
Each golfer in a tee time request is assigned a value (placement
point) according to their status, (i.e. priority member,
priority guest, resident, resident guest, etc). Groups with lower
average placement points, receive tee times first.
2) RESERVATION POINTS: The second factor is “reservation
points” (which are based on “reservation history”). With some
exceptions, the basic definition of reservation history is the
number of times an individual has obtained a tee time reservation
over the past seven (7) days. Within each group of
requests sharing the same placement point average, tee times
are assigned according to the group’s average reservation
history. Groups with lower reservation history points will be
accommodated ahead of those with higher reservation history
points. Reservation history is tracked by points.
