It is very noticeable when earth moving work around the ponds is active. For example there is no odor today. The occasional odor started with the construction a few months ago.

This is it--exactly. It smells like sulfur, and not sewage. Still gross and unpleasant, but I know that as soon as they're finished moving the earth around over there, the smell will go away.
