OP, this seems to be relative common among "lawn mowing companies" especially those that require or offer discounts for prepay. Anybody with a lawn mower and a truck with a trailer can apparently start a lawn mowing company here in TV. Sorry I can't recommend someone---I suggest to ask around your neighborhood as many of these companies tend to like to work just in certain areas of TV where they have a large number of customers.
