CONGRATULATIONS! I applaud you! And my husband and I will be right behind you. Our house goes on the market in 2 weeks and if all goes as planned, we'll be in TV in September. I'm coming down May 10 to find a rental which we plan to do for a year until we can find a house. We're in Maryland and, like you, this has been a horrible winter.
