They use Chlorine and not Chloramine for disinfection in Sumter County so there isn't an issue with Chloramine.

Chloramine doesn't break down in UV like chlorine, and can last up to two weeks.
chloramine will not, if you want them removed you need to filter them out (e.g. with carbon).
