When we moved to The Villages everyone talked about the amenity fee no ever mentioned the yearly maintenance fee. You will have an amenity fee of $144.00 (paid monthly). The maintenance fee $600.00, fire protection $85.00 and trail fee $140.00 if you play golf these are paid yearly. Give take a few dollars on the amounts and the maintenance varies from area to area.
