Give me a break. Few carts do 20 miles per hour. Mine goes exactly 20 mph and I get passed all the time. Most golf carts with plates are pushing 30 down the Blvd's. The guy must of been limping home on near dead batteries. I drive 35 down the Blvd's some times and every body passes me, even guy on bicycle. 35 means at least 40 MPH and faster for some. None of my business how fast the drive till get tailgater two foot off my bumper. All that does is slow me down for safety
