Driveway damage from neighbor's tgree
Ok, assuming your not a troll why would you decorate your driveway knowing that your neighbors tree debris causes staining ? Seems like good money down the drain to me. Anyway, again assuming your not a troll the problem is yours not your neighbor. His tree debris now belongs to you. Think of it as a gift that keeps on giving. Or, I'm not saying you should do this but a cup of gasoline poured evenly across the trees drip line once a week for a month or two should take care of your problem for good.
