I don't understand how this occurred in the Democrat created utopia of Detroit? I mean Detroit has been governed by Democrats for more than 40 years. This SHOULD BE an absolute socialist utopia of health, wealth, and understanding. It should be brimming with compassion and awareness for everyone, and we should be celebrating its racial harmony and diversity.
