If they're trolls, just don't reply. They might actually be sincere but will never post again because of the negativity.
and, heaven forbid you push back, because you AREN'T a troll...you are now on the ca-ca list no matter what you say...all your past posts are perused and regurgitated in any further comments you make (who has THAT time?) until you give up....well, almost.
